FREE Next Day delivery service for all account customers with a Local Account Manager (subject to availability).
Non-account customers delivery charges:
Orders over £70.00 ex. VAT - FREE delivery
Orders below £70.00 ex. VAT - £8.50 plus VAT delivery charge
An additional delivery charge of £15.00 plus VAT may apply to both account and non-account customers for some furniture and other bulky items.
Orders placed before 5pm Monday-Friday will be delivered next working day (subject to stock availability). Any back orders will follow as soon as possible.
Depending on delivery location, we will deliver on our own vans, alternatively delivery will be via courier.
Please note we do not deliver on Saturday or Sunday.
All deliveries must be signed for. In the event of no signatory being available our carrier will leave a card advising that they will attempt re-delivery the following working day. After two failed attempts the goods are returned to our warehouse however the original carriage charges are non-refundable in these circumstances. If the goods are requested to be re-despatched a further delivery charge payable in advance will apply.
Please also be aware that the courier is contracted to deliver to the address stated on the order. Please include any relevant FLOOR number on the order.
We do not deliver to PO BOX addresses.
Furniture
The courier is insured to deliver FURNITURE items to the GROUND FLOOR ONLY. You will need to arrange for transportation of the goods yourself to any other floor. Furniture is not covered by our next day service, but will be delivered within 5 working days. An excess charge may be applied for furniture or larger items but you will be informed before dispatch.

purchase, you may return it in accordance with the following guidelines:
Returns with your delivery note or invoice
Our Brand Promise: Quality Office and Q-Connect brand products (excluding our brand Ink and Toner) may be exchanged or returned for a full refund within 14 days of receipt of delivery.
Office supplies goods with unopened packaging may be exchanged or returned for a full refund within 14 days of receipt of delivery.
All Ink & Toner may be exchanged or returned for a full refund with the delivery note and in their original, unopened condition within 14 days of delivery.
Perishable foodstuffs purchased from the Catering section of the catalogue under the sections for Coffee, Coffee & Coffee Pods, Tea, Hot Chocolate & Vending, Milk and Sugar, Water, Soft Drinks and Water, Soft Drinks and Sweets, Biscuits and Sweets and Biscuits cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged upon receipt.
Printers, Technology for Business & Office Machines are subject to onsite maintenance in conjunction with the manufacturer’s warranty.
Technology products not included in the above sections may only be exchanged or returned for a full refund with the delivery note and in "like new" condition, in their original packaging, within 10 days of purchase. Please remember to remove all personal data from exchanged/returned products. We are not responsible for any personal data left in or on an exchanged/returned product.
Software, CDs, DVDs and video games may be returned for a full refund if in the original, unopened packaging within 10 days of purchase. Opened software, CDs, DVDs and video games may be exchanged for the same item only. Downloadable software purchases are not eligible for return or refund.
Furniture may only be exchanged or returned for a full refund if not assembled and in the original packaging (including all components and manuals) within 14 days of purchase. In certain instances a re-stocking fee of up to 25% of the sale price may apply.
Holiday Returns: any item delivered between December 14th and December 24th can be returned until January 10th, or as the policy allows (whichever is later).
Non-Refundable: Special Order or Custom items and Manufacturer Direct items cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged upon receipt. Pre-Paid Cards such as Gift Cards and Phone Cards are non-refundable, and cannot be returned or used to purchase other gift cards. Special terms and conditions are included with each card.

Damaged or faulty items will be collected and replaced asap free of charge. Cancelled items may incur a charge depending on the circumstances. We recommend you double check your order prior to confirming to avoid the need for cancellations.
